Refund Policy

We gladly offer refunds, within 14 days from the date of your purchase, items that were damaged/defective when you received them or sizing issues. Swimwear returns must be returned within 14 days after delivery. Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs on items being returned for sizing issues are not covered or refunded by The Urban Doll. We recommend shipping returned merchandise back with a tracking number. Lost packages, without proof of receipt, will not be given a refund. We will not accept any returns after 14 days from the date of purchase. Returned item(s) must be unworn and unwashed- free of any stains from makeup, smoke (of any kind), deodorant or wear and swimwear must have the hygiene seals in tact. And have all original tags attached and/or original packaging contained. If item(s) are defective, they must be reported to us within 2 days of receiving your package(s). If not reported, we will not issue a refund. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Once we receive your package with item(s) in the conditions listed above, we will issue your refund. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries, it will be rejected. The Urban Doll is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Credit for your returned merchandise will be processed once products are received. Please allow 1-5 business days for return processing. Credit covers original purchasing price and tax if applicable and a restocking fee will be deducted according to the policy listed below.

Refunds, partial refunds and restocking fees-
The Urban Doll does NOT charge restocking fees for returns of defective products. If you have received a defective item(s), the wrong product or we have made a shipping error- there will be NO restocking fee and NO charge for a return label, provided the item is within its return policy period.
