When will my fabulous finds arrive to me?
Typically within 2-4 weeks due to the high demand, our competitive low pricing and limited stock of some of our products. Items ship directly from the manufacturers. We offer free shipping on all orders for any inconvenience this may be. Please consider weekends and any holidays might be factored into this shipping time-frame. If you have ordered multiple items, you may receive them in multiple packages.
Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately we do not offer merchandise exchanges. Our reasoning is simple- the products we sell are in high demand. Therefore, if you send back the item(s) you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want in stock at that time.
How about refunds?
We gladly offer refunds, within 30 days from the date of your purchase, on non clothing items that were damaged/defective when you received them. Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are not covered or refunded by The Urban Doll. We recommend shipping returned merchandise back with a tracking number. Lost packages, without proof of receipt, will not be given a refund. We will not accept any returns after 30 days from the date of purchase. Returned item(s) must be unworn and unwashed- free of any stains from makeup, deodorant or wear. And have all original tags attached and/or original packaging contained. If item(s) are defective, they must be reported to us within 2 days of receiving your package(s). If not reported, we will not issue a refund. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Once we receive your package with item(s) in the conditions listed above, we will issue your refund. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries, it will be rejected. The Urban Doll is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Credit for your returned merchandise will be processed once products are received. Please allow 1-5 business days for return processing. Credit covers original purchasing price and tax if applicable.
